How to book the fixed net-flatrate at 1155

  1. Call 1155 with your mobile
  2. Press 8 for options, then 1 to book to an option, then 1 to order the Fixed net-Flatrate and 1 to con-firm the booking.
  3. The amount of 9,90 Euro is deducted from your blauworld-account
  4. After the booking you will receive a confirmation-SMS. Until you receive this SMS, calls to the German fixed net will be charged at 15 Cent/minute
  5. The Fixed net-flatrate is valid for 30 days and will automatically extend after 30 days, if you have enough credit for the extension at that time.

How to cancel

  1. Call 1155 with your mobile
  2. Press 8 for options, then 2 to cancel the flatrate and 1 to confirm.
  3. You will receive a SMS to confirm the cancellation.
  4. You can use your remaining minutes until the end of the booking period.
